All adjusters must recognize and adhere to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act as well as other applicable laws which vary from state to state. Training starts on the adjusters first day, continues throughout their term of employment, and includes classroom work, use of audio visual aids, computerized testing (programming developed by the ACA), one-on-one manager reviews, and careful monitoring of calls and work procedures.
Our adjusters have access to the most comprehensive skip-trace support system in the industry. We maintain on-line access to various subscription databases to quickly locate information such as addresses, phone numbers, driver’s licenses, and motor vehicle registrations. We also have on-line access to bankruptcy information, death indices, asset searches.
